Venue Policy

The Greenway Court Theatre is on LAUSD Premises: 


Greenway Court Theatre is located on a school campus. No weapons, drugs, or alcohol are allowed on the premises. Anyone with a weapon/ self defense item that is not willing to leave it in a car or given to security for safe keeping should not be admitted into the venue. 


“Use of the school premises has been granted pursuant to the provisions of Sections 17400, et seq., of the Education Code of the State of California to Greenway Arts Alliance from the Board of Education of the Los Angeles Unified School District. LA Unified and the Board of Education does not sponsor or take responsibility, nor does it endorse any of the activities, statements or opinions which may be expressed at this meeting/activity.”

Protocols

The Greenway is a part of the LAUSD. Your safety and health is our highest priority. As such, our venue will adhere to all L.A. county mandated covid protocols. If you are feeling sick, experiencing any covid symptoms such as high-volume coughs and shortness of breaths, have a fever, or if you received a positive covid test within the past week, please stay home and take care of yourself. 

 

Attending this event means that you understand you are attending the event at your own risk and that Da Poetry Lounge, The Greenway Court Theatre, and all affiliated services are not liable in any capacity if you catch covid.

 

We do our very best to make DPL a safer space. So if you are attending:

    1. Microphone covers are provided to performers for safety. 

    1. Microphones/stands will have sanitizing materials available for your usage.

    1. We strongly encourage all patrons to wash their hands and to use hand sanitizers.

    1. Masks are not mandatory , but are welcome and encouraged.
